Al-Dabbas addressed a message of appreciation and gratitude to his comrades-in-arms, recalling the years of work and the situations that brought them together, and the responsibilities, challenges, and successes they shared, affirming that his departure from the military uniform would not mean leaving the fellowship of his comrades or forgetting the honor of standing alongside them in the fields of duty.
