Palestinians injured in settler attack and arrests in the West Bank and Jerusalem

A number of Palestinians sustained injuries and bruises on Monday as armed Israeli settlers attacked them while they were harvesting olives in the town of Turmus Ayya, north of the city of Ramallah, in the central occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a statement that settlers prevented Palestinian farmers from reaching their lands in the Al-Shouna area of Turmus Ayya.

On the other hand, Israeli occupation forces launched a widespread campaign of incursions, raids, and arrests in various areas of the West Bank and the occupied city of Jerusalem, resulting in the arrest of 20 Palestinians, including former prisoners.

During the campaign, the occupation forces stormed dozens of homes, searched and ransacked their contents, detained their residents, and subjected them to field interrogations accompanied by abuse for hours, while a number of detainees were transferred for interrogation by occupation intelligence agencies under the pretext that they are wanted.
