((Nasawiya Shafa Badran for Football)).. Professional women with record numbers

Those numbers were achieved by winning six matches and drawing one, scoring 83 goals and conceding only one goal, resulting in a final tally of 19 points, along with strong performance, great effort, and full concentration during the seven matches played in the league, which featured 8 teams.

Despite the difficulty of the competition and the uncertainty until the last moments, with the final scene taking place simultaneously on the fields of Al-Ittihad 1 and 2, Shafa Badran left no room for doubt about their intentions, focusing solely on their decisive match and forgetting the rest of the results, considering that their victory was dependent on the goal difference. Ultimately, the Shafa Badran women achieved the desired accomplishment by ascending the podium, celebrating first place, and joining the professional league.

The club's president, Kaid Al-Adwan, recounts those beautiful moments to “Al-Rai” saying: We knew over the past years that we would reap the harvest after the hard work, seeing determination in the eyes of the entire staff and the players, especially during training, until we felt in the board of directors during the past women's tournaments the deep sadness of missing every opportunity during the matches, especially the crucial ones.

Al-Adwan mentioned: Since the start of the current season 2026-2027 we have been holding onto our chances, and we informed the entire team during the match before the last one against Al-Ahli, which ended in a goalless draw, that the ball is on the field and only needs a happy ending, which happened.

The club president added: After the victory, everyone witnessed the immediate celebrations of our women's team, and certainly, everyone understands the true taste of happiness when victory comes and self-validation after intense hardship, and we in the administration must congratulate and thank everyone who contributed to this great achievement, especially the captain, the coach Muhammad Al-Khatib, assistant coach Sarah Al-As'as, training staff member Abdullah Al-Marstani, goalkeeper coach Osama Youssef, team manager Muhammad Ali, supplies officer Mahmoud Al-Qadoumi, therapist Nour Hamadneh, the champion players, the families, and everyone who contributed to this outstanding work.

Coach Muhammad Al-Khatib, in an interview with “Al-Rai” stated that his team exerted effort, intensified attempts, and achieved the dream of their supporters after a long period of trying, as he described.

He considered that this achievement cannot be attributed to a single person, but to all the members of Shafa Badran Club and the clear efforts of the board of directors to closely monitor everything and not leave the team in the darkest circumstances.

Al-Khatib summarized the secret to securing a place in the professional league, continuing in this context: The club laid the foundation for an important stage in its history, hence the positive results.

The list of players who were crowned champions of the league and ascended to the professional spotlight included: Rahma Abzaakh, Alaa Abu Ali, Qamar Ei'ran, Dara Hayari, Anod Al-Dacjah, Batoul Abu Rumman, Jena Al-Seyf, Anfal Al-Soufi, Malak Abu Diya, Majd Rasras, Sarah Al-Aghbar, Lian Khair Allah, Tala Al-Seyf, Farah Al-Bus, Mona Talaat, Miri Hanouna, Joel Jbara, Shahd Al-Afyouni, Minas Al-Attar, Elissa Al-Trawneh, Maya Al-Ayyat, and Shahd Walid.

Certainly, the upcoming stages will not be easy in the professional competitions, but the club, founded in 1995 with plans to appear in all sports and break into major headlines on a large scale, is well aware of this.

Overall, Shafa Badran Youth Club has taken confident steps ahead of time, strongly entering the path of championships to become a difficult number at maximum speed, and not only that, but it has also provided players for national teams in many sports, due to the talents that emerged from the participation of the club's teams in various competitions.

In the same direction, “Al-Rai” understood that the club is seeking sponsorship to help overcome obstacles in the coming period, especially with the current economic conditions and the struggles of Jordanian club funds.
