Minister of Labour and Minister of Transport, Dr. Nidal Katamine, discussed with his Palestinian counterpart, Dr. Inas Al-Attari, enhancing joint cooperation in labor affairs between the two brotherly countries.

On the sidelines of the 52nd session of the Arab Labour Conference currently held in Cairo, Katamine and Al-Attari discussed the exchange of expertise in the fields of employment, training, and rehabilitation, as well as the development of artificial intelligence-based digital platforms to enhance the connection between job seekers and available opportunities in the private sector.

Katamine affirmed Jordan's keenness, under its Hashemite leadership, to provide all forms of support for the resilience of the brothers in Palestine, praising the struggle of Palestinian workers in light of the difficult conditions they face.

For her part, Al-Attari expressed her gratitude to Jordan's leadership and people for their steadfast positions supporting the Palestinian cause, stressing the importance of intensifying cooperation between the two ministries, especially in the fields of vocational training, labor legislation, and employment.

Al-Attari reviewed the Palestinian Ministry of Labour's experience in launching the "JobMatch" platform on December 1, 2025, which is a national platform aimed at promoting digital transformation in labor market services and facilitating a direct connection between job seekers and employers with greater efficiency and transparency.
