The head of the Greater Mafraq Municipality Committee, Dr. Mohammad Al-Fayez, along with the committee members and municipal staff, expressed their strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted the church in the village of Hamoud in Al-Karak, which resulted in casualties, affirming their categorical rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism and the sanctity of attacking places of worship.
They emphasized that targeting places of worship represents a violation of religious and human values, and an assault on the human right to practice religious rituals in safety and tranquility, stressing that such rejected acts serve only to spread fear and destabilize, while the values of tolerance, brotherhood, and mutual respect remain a firm foundation for building societies and preserving their unity.
