Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is heading to the United States to participate in the G20 Foreign Ministers' meeting in Atlanta on October 30 and 31, the Foreign Ministry reported on Wednesday.
Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that Lavrov will visit the United States on a trip preceding a new round of talks between officials from Moscow, Kyiv, and Washington aimed at reaching a solution to end the war in Ukraine.
