The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate confirmed that the staff of the Anti-Narcotics Department, during the ninth week of their intensified campaign against the deadly crystal substance, dealt with 107 cases in various governorates of the Kingdom, including 41 cases of trafficking and promoting the deadly crystal substance and 66 cases of use, during which 56 dealers were arrested and implicated in those cases, while 132 crystal users were arrested in the remaining cases and a quantity of the deadly crystal substance was seized from those arrested.
The spokesperson confirmed that the campaign continues with firmness and without any leniency until its objectives are achieved by spreading awareness against this substance and pursuing anyone who tries to deal with it, which causes death to its users or commits heinous crimes that threaten society and the safety of its members.
