Investment Opportunity to Establish a 4-Star Hotel in Ajloun Park

The Jordanian Group for Free Zones and Development Areas has launched an investment opportunity to establish and operate a 4-star hotel in Ajloun National Park, as part of its efforts to attract quality investments and develop the tourism product in Ajloun Governorate, and enhance its status as an integrated tourist destination.
The investment opportunity is located in the Sawan Forest, within Ajloun National Park in the Ajloun Development Area, on a total area of approximately 16,537 square meters, with an expected investment volume estimated at about 6.7 million Jordanian Dinars.
The project enjoys a strategic location and distinctive views, with its proximity to the Ajloun Cable Car, which attracted more than 1.5 million visitors in a short period, enhancing its investment and tourist attractiveness, alongside the plan to operate the cable car during nighttime hours, contributing to stimulating tourism movement in the region and increasing the duration of visitors' stay.
The project is expected to form a qualitative addition to the tourism sector in the governorate, considering it as a 4-star hotel, with limited similar hotel projects in Ajloun Governorate, providing a promising investment opportunity in light of the growing tourism movement in the region.
The project includes the establishment of a hotel with about 80 rooms and suites, along with integrated recreational and commercial facilities and services, providing a comprehensive tourist accommodation experience within the natural environment that Ajloun Governorate is known for.
The estimated investment indicators for the project suggest the possibility of providing about 52 job opportunities, with an average income return on investment of 15.7%, while the capital recovery period is estimated at about 8.6 years, with a comprehensive economic feasibility study available for the project.
The hotel's launch comes within the development directions of Ajloun National Park as a promising tourist and investment destination, by attracting various hotel and tourism projects that contribute to increasing the region's capacity, diversifying accommodation options, extending visitors' stay, and enhancing tourism and economic movement in the governorate.
