Prime Minister Jafar Hassan described the regional situation on Sunday as "difficult," noting that the crises surrounding us are by no means easy, have an impact on the region and the world, and may last for months or years.
During the Cabinet session in Ma'an Governorate, he continued, "Our determination, effort, and resolve are stronger, as His Majesty our King has always taught and directed us whenever things are difficult around us."
He emphasized: "Our determination and all our efforts today are focused on building the economy, improving services, and enabling citizens to find necessary income opportunities. This is the top priority, and nothing else takes precedence over it. This government is working on building local and economic capacity so that we are able to face regional crises and challenges, even if they persist."
Hassan added: "Thank God, under the leadership of His Majesty and his directives, and with the strength of our army and security institutions, we can now focus fully on building our economy in all its details, with a strategic outlook and vision defined by the Economic Modernization Vision. We are working on every detail to apply and implement this vision in accordance with the Royal Designation Letter to the government."
