"GCC": Houthi repeated attacks on Saudi Arabia are a serious criminal escalation

The Gulf Cooperation Council, on Tuesday, condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attacks that the Houthi militia continues to commit against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its deliberate and repeated targeting of civilian objects and civilians with ballistic missiles and drones, in a serious criminal escalation that confirms once again the terrorist approach of the Houthis.

The Secretary-General of the Council, Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, said that the continuation of the Houthi militia in these attacks represents a flagrant violation of international law, and a direct threat to the security and stability of the Kingdom and the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory.

Al-Budaiwi reiterated the standing of the GCC countries in a single row alongside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its full support for all the measures and measures it takes to protect its territory and preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory.

Saudi Arabia vowed on Tuesday to respond "firmly" following a series of new attacks by Houthi rebels in Yemen on its territory, while Tehran denied any role in this conflict that has renewed amid the war in the Middle East between the Islamic Republic and the United States.

Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen targeted the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia again on Monday, accusing it of launching more than 50 airstrikes in the last 24 hours.
