Israel has plans to dismantle the countries of the region and rearrange the maps of the Middle East as it desires, starting from liquidating the Palestinian cause and displacing the population—whether in Gaza or the West Bank—at the expense of neighboring countries, including Jordan, and declaring its hegemony and military superiority over everyone. This gradually places the United States in a military embarrassment and gives Israel the opportunity or path to fill the vacuum. The plot also relies on ending the Iranian regime, which constitutes a stumbling block in its path, because it wants the Arab Gulf states to be on the front line to fight Iran on its behalf. These are states that refuse to do so because they strive to preserve their stability, security, and development, and are not party to the war against Iran due to geographical proximity and since it is not in their interest.
Not to mention maintaining the occupation of southern Syria, which expanded after the fall of the former regime, as it occupies the Quneitra Governorate, west of Daraa, and supports the secession of the As-Suwayda Governorate. Its goal is to partition Syria and revive the David Corridor as a trade route extending toward the Euphrates and then Iraqi Kurdistan, and to deny the new regime the opportunity to stand on its feet, rescue Syria from the mire of fragmentation, and build a state of security and stability. The continued Syrian occupation of west Daraa and the Yarmouk Basin poses a security threat to Jordan's northern borders and the water sources in the Yarmouk River basin. This is what His Majesty King Abdullah II warned against in his speech at the United Nations, stating that Israeli political and military behavior in the region threatens security and stability across the entire region and its countries.
