Encroachment on forest trees in Al-Dujaniya seized in cooperation with the Royal Department for Environmental Protection

The Director of the Mafraq Governorate Agriculture Directorate, Dr. Inaam Al-Mashaqbeh, stated that the Forestry Division at the directorate, in cooperation with the Royal Department for Environmental Protection, seized an encroachment on forest trees in the Al-Dujaniya area, as part of regulatory efforts aimed at protecting forest wealth and preserving vegetation cover.
Al-Mashaqbeh confirmed that the directorate continues to monitor attacks on forest trees and take the necessary legal measures against violators, in cooperation with the concerned authorities, which contributes to curbing practices that cause damage to the environment and natural resources.
She stressed the importance of enhancing community awareness regarding the necessity of preserving forest trees and protecting them from encroachments, due to their role in maintaining ecological balance and biodiversity, confirming the continuation of inspection tours in various areas of the governorate to ensure the protection of forest wealth and reduce attacks on it.
