Ayy Youth Center continues to implement English language program training for job seekers, which is carried out by the Ministry of Youth in partnership with AMIDEAST, with the aim of developing the linguistic skills of participating youth and enhancing their abilities to use the English language in line with the requirements of the labor market and available educational and professional opportunities.
The training includes a range of interactive activities and practical applications that focus on developing listening, speaking, and communication skills in English, in addition to providing participants with the opportunity to practice the language in practical situations that simulate daily life needs and various work environments.
The program works to boost participants' confidence in their linguistic abilities and enable them to use English more effectively, contributing to improving their readiness to engage in the labor market and benefit from training and educational opportunities that require an appropriate level of English proficiency.
The training also contributes to providing an educational environment based on interaction and participation, through training methods that encourage youth to engage in dialogue, teamwork, and practical application, which enhances the benefit from the program's content and links the theoretical aspect with actual practice.
The implementation of the program comes within the Ministry of Youth's efforts to support Jordanian youth, develop their skills and capabilities, and provide training programs that help them build practical and linguistic skills that contribute to enhancing their future opportunities and raising their level of readiness for the requirements of study, work, and communication in diverse professional environments.
