The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate said that today a video was circulated on social media showing a person with two dogs who deliberately allowed them to bite a small cat in a public street.
The spokesperson added that through investigations, the person was identified and arrested, and investigations were initiated to refer him to the judiciary.
