Amman Public Prosecutor, Dr. Hassan Al-Abdallat, decided, in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Press and Publications Law and Article 225 of the Penal Code, to impose a publication ban on the investigative case related to the events that took place at Al-Nadim Hospital in Madaba Governorate.
The decision stated that all visual, audio, and print media outlets, as well as social media platforms, must refrain from publishing any news or information related to the subject of the case, the progress of the investigation, or anything that could influence the course of justice, under penalty of legal and judicial liability.
