Al-Sawafien inspects the readiness of the Ajloun Vocational Training Institute

The Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, Engineer Raafat Musa Al-Sawafien, inspected today the readiness of the Ajloun Vocational Training Institute to receive trainees, the progress of practical training, and the needs of training staff and trainees to provide a suitable training environment in the corporation's institutes.

Al-Sawafien said that the visit coincides with the beginning of the new training year, as field tours continue to the corporation's institutes in various governorates of the Kingdom, emphasizing the importance of direct follow-up on the training process, assessing the readiness of workshops and equipment, and providing appropriate conditions for trainers and trainees since the launch of the training programs.

Al-Sawafien reviewed the reality of training in a wide range of vocational specializations, which reflect the diversity of the programs offered by the corporation and its responsiveness to the needs of various sectors.

The tour included a number of workshops and training specializations, including aluminum, hybrid vehicles, vehicle electricity and mechanics, blacksmithing, carpentry and decoration, air conditioning and refrigeration, hospitality, men's hairdressing, plumbing and home installations, sweets and pastries, computer, childcare, cosmetology, women's tailoring, drying vegetables and fruits, and mobile phone maintenance.

The tour, in which he was accompanied by the Assistant Director General for Technical, Administrative and Financial Affairs, Engineer Ramzi Al-Haroub, and the directors of the directorates, focused on following up on the readiness of the workshops and their technical requirements, and reviewing the progress of practical training, in a way that allows trainees to acquire the necessary skills in a qualified training environment and enhances the ability of trainers to implement programs according to their requirements.

These visits come in the context of a field approach followed by the corporation at the beginning of the training year, based on direct communication with its staff, supporting trainers in performing their role, listening to observations and needs, and following up on improvement opportunities on the ground, which contributes to developing the quality of training and preparing professional competencies that meet the requirements of the labor market.
