Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, Engineer Raafat Musa Al-Sawafien, inspected today the readiness of the Jerash Vocational Training Institute to receive trainees and those enrolled in the institute's programs.

Al-Sawafien emphasized that this visit comes to assess the reality of training, ensure the readiness of workshops and equipment, and enhance direct communication with training staff and trainees at the start of the 2026/2027 training year, ensuring the provision of a suitable training environment from the beginning of the year.

During the visit, accompanied by the Assistant Director General for Financial, Administrative, and Technical Affairs, Engineer Ramzi Al-Haroub, and the Director of the Financial Affairs Directorate, Mohammad Al-Khashman, he inspected a number of training workshops, including sewing, hybrid vehicle mechanics, automotive electricity, air conditioning and refrigeration, general electricity, computer science, and healthcare, and reviewed the progress of training and the level of technical readiness and available equipment.

The tours focus on providing a suitable training environment that enables trainers to perform their duties efficiently and supports trainees in acquiring the required practical skills, in addition to listening to the feedback of training and administrative staff and identifying needs that require follow-up and resolution.

These tours confirm the Corporation's keenness to remain close to the field and to keep pace with the details of the training process directly, which enhances the role of trainers, improves the quality of training and its outcomes, and contributes to preparing qualified professional competencies that meet the needs of the labor market.
