Abu Aqoula condemns the shooting incident in Karak and affirms that Jordan's security is a red line

The head of the Clearing and Transport Companies Association, Dr. Daifallah Abu Aqoula, condemned the shooting incident that targeted a church in Karak Governorate, which resulted in a number of deaths and injuries, stressing that this cowardly criminal act constitutes a blatant attack on the nation's security, stability, and its deep-rooted values of coexistence, tolerance, and national unity.

In a press statement, Abu Aqoula said that this heinous crime, which targeted innocent citizens inside a house of worship, represents an act that is condemned and rejected by all standards, and contradicts the religious, humanitarian, and moral values upon which Jordanian society is built.

He affirmed that Jordanians, in all their components, will remain united in the face of anyone who attempts to tamper with the nation's security and stability or harm its social fabric, stressing that national unity and cohesion among the Jordanian people constitute a safety valve in the face of challenges and dangers.

Abu Aqoula added that targeting houses of worship and safe citizens will only increase Jordanians' cohesion, unity, and rallying around their homeland, their Hashemite leadership, and their security services, affirming that Jordan will remain a model of brotherhood, tolerance, and coexistence among all its people.

He expressed his absolute confidence in the Jordanian security services and their ability to pursue the perpetrators of this crime and bring them to justice, praising their continuous efforts and the sacrifices of their personnel in protecting the security of the nation and citizens and maintaining stability.

Abu Aqoula stressed that Jordan's security and stability are a red line that cannot be compromised, and that protecting the homeland and preserving its achievements is a shared responsibility that falls upon everyone, calling for strengthening national solidarity and standing united behind state institutions and their security services.

He affirmed that the clearing and transport sector stands with all its capabilities alongside national efforts aimed at protecting the homeland and safeguarding its security and stability.

On his own behalf and on behalf of the Board of the Clearing and Transport Companies Association and the members of the General Assembly, Abu Aqoula expressed his deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, asking God to grant them His mercy, to grant the injured a speedy recovery, and to protect Jordan and its people from all harm and evil.
