Abu Al-Rub: The Teacher is a Maker of Awareness and an Engineer of the Human Soul

Retired teacher and educator Nasreen Abu Al-Rub affirmed that the teacher's message goes beyond the boundaries of the profession and the class, due to its profound impact on building students' personalities, creating their awareness, and shaping their future.

Abu Al-Rub said, during her appearance on the program "Pulse of Opinion" on "Athir Al-Rai", on the occasion of Teacher's Day, that the teacher carries a great message that is not measured by hours of work, but by the impact he leaves on the lives of generations, pointing out that the teacher's task does not end with the end of the class or the academic year, but continues through the communication and respect that remains between the teacher and his students.

She added that the teacher, in the era of globalization and the knowledge explosion, faces a renewed responsibility that requires keeping up with students, alongside his role in instilling values, love for the homeland, religion, giving, volunteering, and science, affirming that his role is not limited to providing knowledge, but extends to building personality and preparing a generation capable of bearing the responsibility of the future.

Abu Al-Rub pointed out that the teacher is an "engineer of the human soul", explaining that a word from the teacher may open the path of success for the student and make him more fond of school and science, while a negative word may leave a reverse impact on his soul.

She appreciated the visit of His Majesty King Abdullah II and Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah to Aisha Bint Abi Bakr School in Aqaba, and their meeting with teachers on the occasion of Teacher's Day, considering that listening to teachers and paying attention to their opinions reflects the importance of their role and their status in building generations.

Abu Al-Rub concluded her speech by sending a message of appreciation to teachers and educators in various parts of the Kingdom, affirming that the teacher not only makes generations, but also participates in making the human, the homeland, and the future.
