The puzzling question is: If all these men are on the road, who works in ministries, institutions, companies, shops, and factories?
And if this huge number of women are behind the wheel, who cooks at home and takes care of the children?

The number of registered vehicles in Jordan is about 2.5 million vehicles according to 2026 statistics, more than half of this number in Amman alone.
Amman receives hundreds of thousands of vehicles daily as part of daily traffic.
The number of vehicles grows annually by about 4%, more than the population growth rate.
The traffic crisis in Amman makes you wonder, as it is not linked to a specific time, meaning it does not coincide with the start or end of employees' work, whether in the public or private sector, and it does not coincide with the start or end of school or university hours, it is at all times and throughout the day.
Everyone on the streets is creating the crisis at all times and every hour, so who stays at home and who works in offices, factories, shops, and workshops?
Well, since my appetite has opened up to some phenomena and appearances, take this one:
'How do you see my driving?' This is a question clearly attached to the back of service vehicles, especially!! It is the most laughable thing on Amman's streets, and it is noteworthy that it is accompanied by a phone number for feedback or complaint, but no one answers when you call.
This phrase does not match the driving style of those who place it, and the majority of them are the most violators of traffic rules.
We need the Traffic Department, which is currently conducting a population census, to conduct a survey alongside it, so that we may get an answer to the question of the article.
