Six Palestinians were martyred and 15 others injured, on Wednesday, in Israeli occupation bombing that targeted a vehicle in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza City, according to medical sources.
Al-Shifa Medical Complex reported the arrival of 6 martyrs and several injured due to the Israeli bombing that targeted the vehicle in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood.
Medical sources said that 13 Palestinians were martyred and 42 others injured due to Israeli targeting in the Gaza Strip since Tuesday.
Thus, the death toll in the Strip since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, 2025, has risen to 1,431, with 5,026 injuries, in addition to the recovery of the bodies of 834 martyrs.
Israeli attacks on Hamas have escalated in recent weeks, as Israel claims that the movement is rearming itself and launching attacks in violation of the ceasefire reached in October last year.
Hamas denies launching attacks or rebuilding its arsenal, and accuses Israel of undermining the ceasefire agreement.
The agreement, reached through American mediation, provides for the eventual reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, but negotiations have stalled over the terms of Hamas' disarmament and the withdrawal of Israeli forces, while Israeli raids on the Strip have continued.
Health officials in the sector said that 1,400 Palestinians have been martyred in Gaza since the ceasefire came into effect, while the Israeli army announced the killing of 4 of its soldiers during the same period.
According to Palestinian authorities, more than 74,000 Palestinians have been martyred as a result of the Israeli war on Gaza, which broke out in October 2023 following a Hamas-led attack on southern Israel that resulted in the deaths of about 1,200 people, according to Israeli authorities.
