4 Palestinians were martyred and 17 others were injured in the past 48 hours, according to the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, on Saturday.
The Gaza Health Ministry indicated that the toll of the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,910 martyrs and 174,914 injured.
It added that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 1,390 martyrs, while the total number of injuries is 4,801, and the total number of extractions is 831.
It confirmed that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue teams are unable to reach them so far.
The Gaza Health Ministry pointed out that 85 martyrs were added to the cumulative statistics of martyrs, after completing their data and approval by the Martyrs Accreditation Committee.
