The quantities of vegetables arriving at the wholesale central market affiliated with the Greater Amman Municipality today, Wednesday, amounted to 1940 tons, while the quantity of fruits was 836 tons, and vegetables 167 tons.
According to the central market bulletin and the list of prices of the items that arrived today according to the lowest and highest price per kilogram, the price of Abu Sira oranges ranged from 60-85 qirsh, black eggplant 10-25 qirsh, dried onions 20-35 qirsh, potatoes 20-45 qirsh, tomatoes 5-15 qirsh, carrots 20-30 qirsh, lettuce 15-25 qirsh, spinach 50-70 qirsh, cucumbers 20-40 qirsh, corn 20-55 qirsh, flowers 25-60 qirsh, olives 120-200 qirsh, zucchini 60-90 qirsh, lemons 50-120 qirsh, cabbage 18-25 qirsh, molokhia 15-25 qirsh, and local bananas 50-80 qirsh.
