The Greater Amman Municipality is implementing the construction of a box culvert in Wadi Al-Tai as part of its plan to improve infrastructure.
The Municipality confirmed that it will begin constructing the box culvert in the first section on Kasseb Al-Jazi Street in the Wadi Al-Tai area, with a length of 1 km, aiming to develop infrastructure, enhance public safety, and improve rainwater drainage networks.
It explained that the implementation of the works requires partial and complete closures of the street lanes at the work site in stages and as work progresses, to ensure public safety and smooth execution, which necessitates temporary traffic diversions within the streets surrounding Kasseb Al-Jazi Street in the section extending to the path of the box culvert construction, starting from the morning of Saturday until the completion of all project stages.
The Amman Municipality called on citizens and drivers to adhere to traffic instructions and directives issued by traffic management staff, and to comply with warning signs placed at the site, to ensure their safety and guarantee the smoothness of traffic flow.
