The Chief of the Joint Staff Sponsors the Graduation of the Sixth Batch of the Bridging Program and Course Candidates/55 at the Royal Jordanian Air Force University College

The Dean of the College said, in a speech, that the College witnessed a qualitative leap in its academic journey, as it now includes six departments that grant a bachelor's degree, in addition to the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Department that grants a master's degree, reflecting its educational mission and its keenness to keep pace with the requirements of the Armed Forces and the needs of the labor market.

He added that the College began to receive students from the civilian sector in the specialty of Commercial Aviation Sciences from several nationalities, due to the keenness of civil aviation academies in Jordan to enroll their students in the academic programs offered by the College, in addition to receiving a number of employees from the public and private sectors and university professors to join the Master's Program in Human Resources Management and Defense.

He pointed out that the College fulfilled the requirements of the Union of Arab Universities, becoming the first Arab university college to obtain membership and be an active member of the Union, which enhances its academic status and grants it the status of accreditation and recognition by higher education institutions in Arab countries.

At the end of the ceremony, which was attended by a number of senior officers of the Armed Forces, the Chief of the Joint Staff distributed certificates and awards to the deserving.

This academic and specialized expansion comes within the framework of the Armed Forces' approach to investing in the human element, and raising the level of qualification and training in priority fields, which contributes to preparing qualified national cadres capable of dealing with developments in the defense and aviation sectors, and enhancing the readiness of the Armed Forces to undertake their tasks and responsibilities efficiently and competently.
