This honor is the culmination of a developmental journey undertaken by the participants in the "Qum" program, which included a series of specialized training provided by leading educational institutions, field visits to a number of prominent local and international institutions and organizations, as well as individual counseling and guidance sessions with a group of leaders and decision-makers in the public and private sectors, which contributed to developing their leadership skills, expanding their knowledge, and enhancing their readiness to actively contribute to their communities.
On this occasion, the President of Amman Arab University, Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Widian, expressed his pride and appreciation for this achievement, affirming that the excellence of student Ryan Dahdoli embodies the university's keenness to support talented students and enable them to develop their academic and leadership abilities, and prepare them to be active and capable elements in making a positive impact in their communities, while also praising the role played by the "Qum" program in discovering and developing promising young talents.
For his part, Dr. Muhammad bin Tarif, Dean of Student Affairs, emphasized that empowering students and providing a university environment that encourages creativity and excellence are priorities for the Deanship, pointing out that the achievement of one of the university's students in being listed among the honorees of the "Qum" program reflects the capabilities and aspirations of Amman Arab University students, and translates the fruit of hard work and active participation in the academic and extracurricular activities and programs provided by the university.
The university was represented at the honoring ceremony by Dr. Lela Al-Zubaidi, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Amman Arab University, who congratulated student Dahdoli on this achievement, expressing the university's pride in his excellence, and affirming the Deanship of Student Affairs' keenness to continue supporting outstanding students and enabling them to develop their abilities and refine their academic and leadership skills.
It should be noted that "Qum" is an international fellowship program supported by a group of leading local and global companies in Jordan, which aims to search for promising and outstanding students from Jordanian universities and empower and develop them to achieve their professional aspirations.
