Start of Specialized Technical Training for Digital Skills Development Program

The specialized technical training in the fields of printing, data entry, and office management has begun, as part of the Digital Skills Development and Employment Program for Governorates, aimed at enhancing the skills of participants and increasing their readiness to join the labor market.

Program participants undergo 136 hours of training that include specialized technical training in printing, data entry, and office management, alongside training in job and personal skills and entrepreneurship, contributing to the development of their practical abilities and enhancing their chances of obtaining job opportunities.

After completing the training phase, participants move on to a field training phase at work sites for 120 hours, allowing them to apply the skills and knowledge they acquired during training in a real work environment and gain practical experience that enhances their readiness to join the labor market.

The training is part of the program's efforts to link technical training with labor market needs, by combining technical skills with job and personal skills, alongside providing participants with practical field experiences.

The Digital Skills Development and Employment Program for Governorates is implemented by the Qantara Center for Human Resources Development, one of the Digital Skills Association's programs under the Youth, Technology, and Jobs project at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
