The Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday that the Minister of Energy signed three memoranda of understanding with Kuwait, Qatar, and Egypt to enhance cooperation in the energy sector.
The agreement with Qatar sets a framework for cooperation in the fields of oil, natural gas, and petrochemicals, including exploring joint opportunities for developing transportation and export pipelines.
