The Saudi Ministry of Interior stated on Saturday that it had carried out the death penalty against 5 citizens after they were convicted of committing "terrorist crimes."
The ministry stated on the X platform that the crimes "consisted of joining an external terrorist organization, opening fire on security personnel, security headquarters, and security vehicles using weapons and bombs, possessing weapons and live ammunition, and providing support to fund and carry out terrorist operations within the Kingdom."
