The Public Security Directorate renewed its warnings to citizens in light of the prevailing weather conditions today, Wednesday, which are witnessing scattered showers of rain that may be heavy for short periods and accompanied by thunder in some areas, which may lead to the formation of flash floods in valleys and low-lying areas.
The Directorate called for staying away from flood channels and valleys, not risking crossing water accumulations, and exercising caution while driving, especially in areas experiencing rainfall or low horizontal visibility due to fog and dust.
