The program was executed by the Business and Professional Women's Club (BPWA) Association, under the supervision and management of Orange Jordan, where the training covered a set of core topics that enable participants to perform their role as mentors effectively, starting from understanding the responsibilities of mentoring and avoiding the most prominent challenges, through developing communication skills, asking questions, active listening, providing feedback, and building trust with beneficiaries. It also focused on analyzing the root causes of challenges, converting outputs into actionable plans, understanding the behavior of beneficiaries, building a supportive network of resources, and planning the mentoring journey to contribute to achieving a sustainable impact on entrepreneurs.
Orange Jordan affirmed its commitment to developing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Kingdom as the leading and responsible digital provider, and its keenness to build an integrated entrepreneurial system that contributes to enabling promising ideas to grow and transform into success stories, through the BIG by Orange program, startup incubators, and business accelerators.
It added that this step stems from its belief in the importance of guidance and direction in supporting the growth and prosperity of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Jordan, and comes within its efforts to establish a national network of private sector mentors in the coming phase.
It is noteworthy that the PASS program aims to support 130 startups until October 2026 by developing the skills of entrepreneurs through specialized training and guidance, with the goal of increasing sales and improving productivity, and is based on providing practical support that meets market requirements and meets the needs of startups at various stages of their growth.
