The national basketball team begins its preparations tomorrow, Tuesday, to compete in the fifth window of the Asian qualifiers for the 2027 World Cup, scheduled to be held in Qatar.
The preparation program includes holding an internal training camp in the capital, Amman, interspersed with two friendly matches against the Lebanese national team on November 19 and 21, with the aim of raising the technical and physical readiness of the players before competing in the official matches.
The national team is scheduled to travel to Malaysia to play two matches against the New Zealand and Australian teams on November 27 and 29, as part of its efforts to continue its journey in the qualifiers and enhance its chances of qualifying for the finals.
