The Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Offices at the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development announced, on Tuesday, the names of students nominated to benefit from external scholarships for the academic year (2026-2027) within the third nomination cycle, through the website of the Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Offices; as well as by sending text messages to the nominated students on the phone numbers they stored when submitting the applications.
The nominated student will be granted a 12-hour window to make a decision and electronically approve or reject the scholarship they have been nominated for, through the electronic system; provided that if they approve the nomination, they must complete the necessary documents within 48 hours by visiting the Ministry / Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Offices / Department of Students Abroad and Cultural Agreements, otherwise they will lose their right to the nomination.
