More than 40% of building spaces leased in the King Hussein bin Talal Development Area

CEO of the Daman Development Areas Company, Lisa Al-Daghmi, stated that more than 40% of the leasable space in the new modular buildings project at the King Hussein bin Talal Development Area has been leased.

She added that the project consists of industrial buildings covering an area of 12,520 square meters, with the available spaces in the project including industrial hangars of 500 square meters and 320 square meters.

Al-Daghmi explained that the project has contributed to increasing the development area's attractiveness by providing ready-to-lease industrial buildings, allowing small factories to enter the area with low initial costs, noting that there is significant demand for leasing these ready-made buildings.

She emphasized that this project will contribute to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and creating more job opportunities, thereby enhancing industrial and investment activity within the area.
