Independent Election Commission publishes preliminary voter lists for Chambers of Commerce

The Independent Election Commission published on its website, on Wednesday, the preliminary voter lists for the 2026 Chambers of Commerce board of directors elections and commercial sector representatives elections, in accordance with the Chambers of Commerce bylaws. The supervisory committees also published the preliminary lists at their headquarters in the Chambers of Commerce.

The Commission indicated that the published lists include the preliminary voter list for Chambers of Commerce (institutions that have paid fees) and the preliminary voter list for Chambers of Commerce (institutions that have not paid fees), provided that objections to the preliminary lists are submitted to the election supervisory committee at its location in the relevant Chamber of Commerce headquarters within three days, starting from Wednesday, 14/10/2026, until Friday, 16/10/2026.

The Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission had set Saturday, 5/12/2026, as the polling date for the Chambers of Commerce board of directors elections and commercial sector representatives elections. In the event that the legal quorum for the General Assembly of the Chambers of Commerce is not met, the polling date will be postponed to Saturday, 12/12/2026, with those present.
