The Greater Salt Municipality announced the commencement of a project to improve the visual and architectural landscape of the "Al-Dabbas" and "Iskan Al-Maghareeb" bridges, as part of its comprehensive strategic vision to rehabilitate the city's entrances.
The project aims to transform the two bridges into aesthetic landmarks that harmonize with the unique urban fabric of the city of Salt, as the work relies on integrating artistic stone decorative elements with designs inspired by the heritage and engineering legacy that characterizes the historic city.
The municipality explained that these works are an extension of the project to develop the main entrance of Salt, serving the sustainability of the visual identity, enhancing the attractiveness of the city's urban landscape for visitors and tourists, and reflecting its civilizational and cultural value.
The executive plans for the project include covering a number of bridges, roundabouts, and main streets with an integrated package of maintenance and beautification works to enhance the quality of urban life and provide an attractive environment worthy of the status of Salt and its people.
The municipality renewed its call to road users and citizens to cooperate with technical and field teams and to adhere to temporary traffic instructions in work areas to ensure traffic safety and the progress of work according to the specified timelines for project implementation.
