Gaza.. Two Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks and others die from their wounds

The Israeli army killed two Palestinians and wounded 5 others on Tuesday through gunfire and airstrikes in various areas of the Gaza Strip, while two other Palestinians died from wounds sustained in previous Israeli attacks.

The Israeli assaults on the Gaza Strip coincided with voters in Israel heading to the polls on Tuesday to elect members of the 26th Knesset, amid anticipation of the voting results following the closure of polling stations.

In the northern part of the Strip, medical sources reported to Anadolu that Palestinian Mahmoud Samih al-Harsh (28) was killed by Israeli army gunfire on Al-Hawja Street in Jabalia refugee camp.

The sources also reported the recovery of the body of an unidentified Palestinian, who was killed Tuesday afternoon by an Israeli strike targeting the Al-Alam roundabout area in Al-Mawasi, Rafah, in the southern part of the Strip.

In Khan Yunis, in the southern part of the Strip, medical sources reported the death of child Tahani Mohammed Saeed Shalalfah (6), who succumbed to wounds she sustained on Monday due to Israeli army gunfire in the Al-Mawasi area.

Palestinian Ahmed Yassin Bsisu also died from wounds he sustained days ago due to an Israeli strike that targeted Al-Thawra Street in central Gaza City.

In Khan Yunis, a Palestinian fisherman was wounded by shrapnel from a bomb dropped by an Israeli drone in the city's sea, according to Civil Defense sources.

Two Palestinians were also wounded by Israeli army gunfire in the areas of Qizan Rashwan, south of Khan Yunis, and east of Hamad City, north of the city.

In the central part of the Strip, a medical source at Al-Awda Hospital reported that two Palestinians, one of them a child, were wounded by Israeli army gunfire east of Al-Bureij refugee camp.

As for Gaza City, local sources reported that Israeli gunboats fired shells and machine-gun fire at Palestinians on the beach of Al-Shati refugee camp, west of the city.

These developments come within the framework of daily Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 10, 2025.

As of Tuesday, the violations have resulted in the death of 1,565 Palestinians and the injury of 5,640 others.

Since October 2023, Israel has been committing a genocide in the Gaza Strip, during which it has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians and wounded over 175,000 others.

Israel has also destroyed about 90 percent of the civilian infrastructure in the Strip.
