Based on the recommendation of the President of Mu'tah University, Dr. Salama Al-Naimat, the Board approved the academic formations for the academic year 2026/2027, which included the renewal of the appointment of a number of academic leaders, the continuation of the appointment of a number of deans in their positions, and the appointment of new deans in a number of faculties and academic units.
Regarding the vice presidents, the Board approved the university president's recommendation to renew the appointment of Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al-Saraireh as Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, while Dr. Muhammad Dawood Al-Majali continues as Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Amin Aqel as Vice President for Scientific Affairs, whose appointment period has not expired.
The Board also approved the continuation of the appointment of a number of current deans, including Dr. Abdul-Ilah Muhammad Al-Nawaiseh as Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Nuwafl Sulaiman Al-Umayrin as Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Abdul Nasser Musa Al-Qaraleh as Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Dr. Jamal Nahar Bani Salameh as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Walid Abdul Hadi Al-Oweimer as Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
The formations also included the continuation of the appointment of Dr. Raed Muhammad Al-Shdaifat as Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Amjad Najib Madanat as Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Dr. Maher Ahmed Mbayzeen as Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Bashir Al-Hasanat as Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, Dr. Ayman Ibrahim Al-Qatatat as Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, and Dr. Fadi Sari Sawaqed as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
