According to the company's statement, preparations include setting up a dedicated track within the oasis to welcome participants and organize their arrival at the finish line, ensuring smooth movement and providing a safe environment for participants and their companions, alongside allowing them to enjoy the coastal atmosphere and the tourism and recreational facilities hosted by Ayla.
Mansour Al-Kabarity, Public Relations Manager at Ayla, stated that the company has finalized its preparations to welcome participants in coordination with the Generations For Peace organization and relevant authorities, completing the necessary organizational and logistical arrangements for the final leg of the race.
He added that hosting sporting events contributes to enriching Aqaba's tourism agenda and enhancing its presence as a destination for sports tourism and active lifestyles, thereby supporting tourist movement and providing broader opportunities for interaction with the local community.
The race combines running and cycling in an experience that extends between the Dead Sea and the Red Sea, blending physical challenge with team spirit, and promoting values of perseverance, cooperation, and participation.
Ayla's hosting of the race comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to support sporting events, encourage healthy lifestyles, and provide experiences that combine sports, nature, and entertainment, contributing to enhancing Aqaba's position as a destination for tourism and sporting activities.
