The total trading volume in the Amman Stock Exchange, on Thursday, reached 11.1 million Jordanian Dinars, with 7.4 million shares traded through 5,561 contracts.
In terms of price levels, the general index of stock prices closed this day at 4,124 points, an increase of 0.32 percent.
Comparing the closing prices of the 108 companies traded today with their previous closings, 52 companies showed an increase in their stock prices, and 28 companies showed a decrease in their stock prices.
At the sector level, the index in the financial sector rose by 0.67 percent, the index in the services sector decreased by 0.38 percent, and the index in the industrial sector rose by 0.15 percent.
