A race against time

Fast, exhausting, and hurried steps, and a difficult and strenuous journey, the intensity of which varies from one country to another in this world, which is also racing against time to achieve many plans and strive to possess as much wealth and gains as possible, which have their price and tax in reality, and are indeed paid for dearly.

Following World War II, the rules of speed changed and expanded to include the introduction of technology into the arena to contribute to increasing speed more and more in all fields. It facilitated many aspects of life and complicated many procedures and requirements for joining the twentieth century and beyond, and increased the panting after the expansion of ambitions, scientific discoveries, and radical shifts in the requirements of life around the world, which has become open to all possibilities.

The race against time is now contingent upon many expectations, analyses, and scenarios, which are hidden behind the scenes and appear later with the congestion of social media, which has become a reference for many followers who believe its details without scrutiny, verification, or filtering.

At the crossroads and reading the events that passed quickly less than fifty years ago, we truly ask: Was that speed and race against time justified by results that changed the landmarks, priorities, challenges, and methods of treatment?

The massive technological progress is a fruit of the inevitability of the race and reaching military, civil, and other goals around the world. So what have we gained and what have we lost as a result of this panting after the impossible and proving existence?

Between the folds of time and returning to review the archives, we notice the scale of the massive leaps in everything related to our public and private lives and the amount of comprehensive psychological harm we are exposed to, summarized by the question of the young generations: "Was that in your day?"

It is not required to live in the past, but to preserve what remains of the moral and value heritage with simplicity, joy, and pleasure, to welcome the rain in winter, the fruit in summer, smell the flowers in spring, and contemplate the scene in autumn.

The dominance of the race against time has many caveats, including loss of balance, loss of positions, and lack of feeling of blessing, and many details that can be observed from the pages of history and scenes that disappeared due to neglect in the corners of oblivion.

The "photo album," a memory teeming with past stations in black and white, where joy had room to live only with the simplest manifestations of enjoying the good and beautiful moments during the ceremonies of life, which, even if spontaneous, were scented with honesty.

After a period of years, not far off, we will have also departed far away by virtue of age and destiny, and we will leave the race for others to engage in the experience of the race, and perhaps the young generations now need to be prepared for the content of that, away from superficiality, appearances, and imitation.

Artificial intelligence is a form of the frantic race to obtain the result, but if technology breaks down (which is very possible), will the race stop, and how can one face life without those easy advantages?

Blessed are those who do not race against time and go through the journey of life with confident steps toward salvation.
