The committee said that the closure of registration comes to complete the organizational and logistical arrangements, and to ensure the provision of necessary services befitting the guests of Jordan and the scale of the event, which brings together leaders of insurance and reinsurance companies, decision-makers, regulatory authorities, experts, and representatives of professional institutions and Arab and international markets.
The conference's convening in Jordan is of particular importance in light of regional challenges, as the Kingdom continues to consolidate its status as an oasis of security, safety, and stability, thanks to the wise vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, and the follow-up of His Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince, to the march of modernization, development, and enhancing Jordan's presence as a reliable destination for hosting international events.
The program includes 5 scientific sessions discussing digital transformation, emerging risks and their modeling and underwriting methods, parametric insurance, applications of actuarial expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, and institutional flexibility and leadership in facing cross-border risks, with the participation of speakers and session directors from specialized companies and institutions.
The conference also includes the official opening ceremony, the General Assembly meeting of the General Arab Insurance Union, the announcement of the formation of the Union Council to complete the period 2026-2028, as well as business meetings and bilateral meetings.
The committee confirmed that the participation of 2155 people from 48 countries reflects confidence in Jordan and its ability to host major international conferences, and enhances the role of GAIF 35 as a platform for exchanging experiences, building partnerships, and exploring the future of the insurance industry.
