"Winter Clothing" Initiative for Solidarity and Compassion at Irhabeh Secondary School

Irhabeh Secondary School for Girls in the Northern Mazar District launched the "Winter Clothing" initiative under the slogan "Shop for Free," in line with the school's developmental plan objectives in the student environment and in activation of the national initiative "For My School I Belong."

School Principal Dr. Faten Khasawneh said that the initiative came with a generous donation from a supporting entity and is being implemented under the close supervision of the administrative and educational staff, represented by Administrative Assistant Rania Al-Wadi, Lara Bani Melhem, and Educational Counselor Nadia Abbadah, with the aim of providing support and assistance to the students and meeting their winter needs.

Khasawneh affirmed that the initiative aims to support needy students and alleviate the financial burdens on their families as winter approaches, in addition to promoting values of solidarity and compassion in the local and school community and instilling a culture of giving and helping others among students.

She explained that the initiative was distinguished by providing students with an enjoyable "shopping" experience that ensures their dignity and meets their needs freely, which contributes to providing them with psychological and moral support and preparing a warm and safe educational environment that helps them concentrate and achieve academically.

The initiative received widespread appreciation from the local community and parents, praising the school's educational and humanitarian role in instilling values of cooperation and love among students.
