Citizens, visitors, and individuals processing transactions in Irbid Governorate have expressed their deep appreciation for the initiative implemented by Jordan Post, which involves opening postal windows within a number of government institutions and chambers of commerce and industry.

Visitors interviewed by "Alrai" newspaper at the Irbid Chamber of Commerce, namely Adel Jaradat, Alaa Al-Omari, Alaa Al-Silawi, and Mohammed Jadouh, confirmed that the introduction of these windows has significantly contributed to saving them a great deal of time and effort, especially given the consolidation of government services and transactions into a single point characterized by flexibility and speed of completion.

The speakers explained that these windows are not limited to completing traditional transactions, but also provide integrated services including electronic payment and various other services that meet the needs of visitors with high efficiency.

They also praised the professional role played by the postal window staff, noting that they take the initiative to assist visitors, inform them about the nature of the transactions, explain their details accurately, and facilitate all necessary procedures, which positively reflects on the speed of completing their transactions without trouble or delay.

Jordan Post had opened these postal windows and expanded them as part of its strategic plans aimed at modernizing and developing the postal system, and providing transactional services and financial collections under one roof, in line with the trends towards digital transformation and facilitating access to services for citizens and commercial and economic sectors in various regions.
