"Vocational Training" holds an advanced performance management course in Tafilah

A specialized training course titled "Performance Management and Evaluation" was held today at the Tafilah Vocational Training Institute (Male), with the participation of the Southern Region Director, Engineer Jaafar Al-Saraira, institute directors, and heads of human resources departments in the Southern Region institutes.
The course aimed to provide participants with practical skills and theoretical knowledge regarding performance management instructions and implementation mechanisms, in addition to practical training on how to accurately fill out performance evaluation report forms.
The course sessions were presented by Raafat Al-Gharabli and Fadia Al-Sahouri, who addressed applied topics related to performance evaluation mechanisms and filling out official forms, as part of the Vocational Training Corporation's plan to develop the efficiency of administrative staff and improve the quality of institutional work.
