In an atmosphere filled with family warmth and pride in authentic Jordanian heritage, the Zarqa Governorate Directorate of Culture organized a distinctive heritage and literary event at the Princess Salma Center for Childhood dedicated to "olive preparation." The event witnessed wide participation of 154 male and female students representing Riyadh Schools and Zarqa Private University Schools, the Latin Convent School (South), the Beehive Schools, Al-Tafah Secondary Mixed School, Jabal Tariq Elementary School for Boys, and Al-Marwa Elementary School, coinciding with the start of the olive harvest season, which holds deep emotional and social value for Jordanian society.

The event included interactive storytelling sessions that addressed the symbolism of the blessed olive tree and the importance of its season in instilling values of cooperation, solidarity, and connection to the land in the younger generations. It also involved students practically in the steps of preparing olives using traditional methods, giving them a unique opportunity to combine heritage knowledge, practical experience, and cultural joy in an enjoyable and interesting educational style that left a positive impact on the participants and educational staff.
