Special Olympics Jordan riders won three colored medals in the equestrian competitions of the 10th Special Olympics Regional Games for the Middle East and North Africa, in Cairo, Egypt on Sunday.
Rider Yasmina Shqam won the silver medal in the English Riding competition, while rider Noorshan Alaa El-Din won the bronze medal, and rider Badr Tareeh also won the bronze medal in the same competition.
Dr. Ali Al-Shoaihin, Director of Special Olympics, praised these results, congratulating the winning players for obtaining medals that enhance the Jordanian presence. Al-Shoaihin also praised the level of organization and warm reception, wishing success for the champions participating in these games in all competitions and for all participating delegations.
