Remarkable Jordanian achievement at the Arab Cycling Championship

With 13 medals of various colors

The national cycling team won 13 medals at the Arab Cycling Championship, consisting of 4 golds, 5 silvers, and 4 bronzes, in a remarkable sporting achievement that confirmed Jordan's strong presence on Arab podiums.

The gold medals came through the brilliance of the juniors in the individual time trial, where Abdulrahman Al-Salman, Muhammad Al-Salman, and Adam Abu Al-Ragheb were crowned winners. The same trio also secured the team gold in the junior road race.

Team star Mohammad Al-Saoui continued his excellence by winning the individual time trial gold for the U23 category, in addition to the mountain bike (XCO) gold for the same category.

As for the silver medals, they were achieved by champion Sima Abdulrahim in the individual time trial for the junior women's category, while the youth team consisting of Mohammad Al-Saoui, Hamza Al-Shara, Kazem Al-Buraiz, Thabet Bin Ashour, and Abdulrahman Kharsheh won the silver in the road race. Mohammad Al-Saoui also added a silver in the individual time trial for the men's category, boosting the team's medal tally.

The bronze medals were won by the junior team in the road race, where the trio of Abdulrahman Al-Salman, Muhammad Al-Salman, and Adam Abu Al-Ragheb repeated their presence on the podiums, while junior Yousef Humairat won the bronze in the mountain bike (XCO) race.

This achievement would not have been possible without the great efforts of the technical and administrative staff accompanying the team, as the delegation was headed by Mohammad Al-Budoor and led technically by coach Suhaib Al-Abadi, assisted by Yazan Al-Shishani, while Hanadi Al-Azazmeh handled the management of the women's team, and mechanic Walid Sobh accompanied them to ensure the technical readiness of the bicycles.
