The third group includes Ard Al-Izz, Ru'a Al-Mustaqbal, Al-Hashimiyah, Al-Jabal, and Al-Majd. The fourth group includes Hittin Camp, Al-Ittihad, Al-Karama, Amman FC, and Al-Salt, while the fifth group includes Al-Muwaqqar, Al-Wehdat, Al-Aliyah, Sahab, and That Ras.
The sixth group includes Hukma, Sama, Waqqas, Shabab Bushra, and Kufrsoum. The seventh group includes Kufr Jayez, Doqra, Al-Sareeh, and Al-Zarnouji, while the eighth group includes Deir Abi Saeed, Al-Karmel, Al-Jalil, and Hartha.
The ninth group includes Rehab Al-Mafraq, Al-Himma, Al-Khalidiyah, and Al-Sarhan. The tenth group includes Ajloun, Jerash, Ghazzah Hashim, Anjara, and Ittihad Jerash, while the eleventh group includes Shabab Al-Aqaba, Shihane, Ittihad Abna' Al-Aqaba, Abtal Al-Istihwadh, and Al-Ghor Al-Safi.
According to the tournament regulations, the first-round matches for each group will be played in a single-round league system. The leader of each group will qualify for the second round, along with the 5 best second-placed teams across the groups.
The Round of 16 matches will be played in a single-elimination knockout format, with matchups determined by a draw. The 8 winning teams will qualify for the second stage, which will be played in a home-and-away league system.
The top three teams in the second stage will qualify to participate in the U-20 and U-17 Youth Elite League for the 2027/2028 season.
