Swimmer Kareem Al-Dardasawi succeeded in setting a new Jordanian record in the men's 200m individual finswimming event with a time of 1:41.53 minutes, while swimmer Toulin Al-Hrazneh achieved two new Jordanian records in the women's 400m event with a time of 3:36.14 minutes and the 800m event with a time of 7:33.07 minutes mono fins.
Swimmer Mohammed Abdullah also set a new Jordanian record in the 50m immersion event with a time of 15.28 seconds, while swimmer Muslim Al-Tarawneh managed to set four new Jordanian records for the 12-13 years boys category in the 50m, 100m, 200m, and 400m mono fins events.
In the 12-13 years girls category competitions, swimmer Bana Abed Rabbo set four new Jordanian records in the 50m, 100m, 200m, and 400m individual fins events, while swimmer Ghala Yassin achieved two new Jordanian records in the 50m and 100m mono fins events.
Swimmer Ghina Yassin managed to set two new Jordanian records in the 50m and 100m mono fins events for the 14-15 years girls category.
Ahmed Nejadat, Vice President of the Federation and Chairman of the Technical Committee for Finswimming, emphasized that the championship represents the conclusion of this year's local season tournaments, pointing out that its goal is to select members of the national team in preparation for upcoming international commitments, alongside expanding the base of the game's practice in the Kingdom.
The championship competitions were held under the supervision of the Central Referee Committee affiliated with the Federation, while the Federation expressed its thanks and appreciation to all official bodies for their efforts and contribution to making the championship a success.
The top three winners in various races were crowned amidst festive atmospheres that reflected the success of the championship and the advanced level witnessed by the sport of finswimming in Jordan.
